I was thrilled with the hotel's location near My Khe Beach, which was fantastic for a beach day and exploring nearby tourist spots. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, stocked with all necessary amenities. Although the dining mainly catered to Vietnamese cuisine, it was always tasty and plentiful, offering a mix of regional and Western dishes. The staff, especially Daisy, were incredibly helpful in planning excursions and providing top-notch service. The hotel's facilities were modern and well-maintained, ensuring a luxurious stay.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated, with a very comfy bed; however, there was a persistent bad smell from the bar above our room, and we didn't get the exact room we booked through Booking. com. The service was outstanding, with amazing, friendly, and caring staff members like My My, Daisy, and Mr Phi making our stay very pleasant. The location was a major highlight, with beautiful views of the beach, a peaceful atmosphere, and convenient access to the sea. The dining experience exceeded expectations with delicious food, but there were some setbacks in the facilities.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was unbeatable, right next to the beautiful My Khe beach and just a short drive to the Dragon bridge. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to assist us, especially Daisy who helped us book trips and recommended amazing local activities. The dining experience was delicious, offering a variety of Vietnamese and Western foods but with limited home-made products. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly enjoyable. The price was fair, considering the value for money received.
